Just got back from a wonderful time at the hotel Pondarosa you get what you pay for the rooms were clean and functionable the food was good especially the salad and many options the staff were exceptional at Trying to sort any issues we were very very happy and have already booked to return Steve the entertainment Guy works hard with the bingo and karaoke Jose is fantastic working Under pressure we travelled with our two-year-old grandson and 12-year-old daughter we had a wonderful time remember three stars does not equal the Beverly Hills Hilton thank you so much hotel Ponza Rosa and see you in July thanks

I wouldnt listen to what reviews have been written, instead go and see for yourself. This hotel was situated in a perfect place, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the strip and all bars and resturants in walking distance. The hotel members of staff are always willing to help, the cleaners are cleaning non stop, hotel was always very clean. The entertaiment was a laugh, bar staff ALWAYS happy and wanted to chat. Pool area always clean. Manager always comes too see if things are running smoothly. Secruity guard so helpful and lovely. Would like to say a big thank you to everyone at this hotel. See you all October 2018!!!!

We loved The Ponderosa for its spacious apartment, large balcony and great view across green trees and shrubs to the sea. We also appreciated the lack of music around the pool area - bliss. If you like pizza, burgers etc this is not the hotel for you as the food is more authentic with tender chicken/pork and the best selection of veg we have found abroad, good desserts too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the TV had almost all of the Freeview channels so we enjoyed some quality drama while there, which was a bonus. We will definitely be returning!

When I first read the reviews before I visited this hotel I was so nervous for my visit I was about to cancel my whole trip only for it was a last minute one, well I am so glad I didn't listen to these reviews as I am just back from a week here with my family 7 of us and 2 rooms, from the check in to check out all was amazing all was spotless food was lovely service was amazing the hotel entertainer Steve was such a lovely person the kids loved him, and the bartender chiraj was an absolute gentleman, I cannot wait for my next visit again I will definitely book to stay here again and do the all inclusive option again I could not fault the place at all.
